British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the two fighters came face-to-face to publicize next month's boxing match.
Ex two-time world title holder Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami's arena on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I'm going to injure his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to really want to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
Despite those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - normally recognized for his showmanship - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Joshua, at the same time, targeted UK rival Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua declined to talk badly about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.

Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.

Still, the relative newcomer remains one of the sport's largest financial successes, consistently making substantial financial rewards.

The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would derail the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly being planned for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
